Erik Erikson theory
Erikson's theory divides the life of person into various stages given below , based upon these stages we can write our own biography
As stage one we are too small we can just ask our mom dad for this , we can just write what we used to eat , like to eat and about motherly love and affection
Stage One Oral-Sensory: from birth to one, trust vs. mistrust, feeding;
As stage one we are too small we can just ask our mom dad for this , we can just write what we used to eat , like to eat and about motherly love and affection
Stage Two Muscular-Anal: 1-3 years, autonomy vs.doubt, toilet training;
Stage Three Locomotor: 3-6 years, initiative vs.inadequacy, independence;
Stage Four Latency: 6-12 years, industry vs.inferiority, school;
Stage Five Adolescence: 12-18 years, identity vs.confusion, peer relationships;
Stage Six Young Adulthood: 18-40 years, intimacy vs.isolation, love relationships;
Since we are not that old , so all the stages of life are not required at this moment for our biography
just skip those stages
Favourable outcomes of each stage are sometimes known as "virtues", a virtues, in the order of the stages in which they may be acquired, are hope, will, purpose, confidence, fidelity, love, care, and wisdom.
Examples of virtues may be what you learned during those stages , some of basic virtues have been mentioned along with stages
Stage Seven Middle Adulthood: 40-65 years, generativity vs.stagnation, parenting;
Stage Eight Maturity: 65 years until death, integrity vs.despair, acceptance of one's life.
I hope this would give you some idea to write your autobiography based upon Erik Erikson theory
