Help. I have this problem to solve:
Prove: If the base angles if a triangle are congruent, then the triangle is isosceles.
My triangle has A (lower left corner) B (top) C (lower right corner) with D as the bisecting midpoint.
I have to give statements and reasons on why this is an isosceles triangle.
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it so much.

Proving an isosceles triangle PLEASE HELP
Hello SD Welcome to My Tutor Online
After you have bisected the base with point D you have two triangles prove them congruent by AAS congruency and then by cpctc you will have two outer sides of triangle as congruent and hence tiangle as issosceles
hope this gives you some idea
