Where am I?

My friend, Orly, lives on a street with house numbers 8 -100. Katie wants to
know at which house number Orly lives. Orly doesn't want to tell her. They
have a little conversation about it.

Katie asks, "Is your number larger than 50?" Orly answered her, but Katie
doesn't know that it was a lie.

Katie than asks. "Is your number an multiple of 4?" (Her dad is a math
professor - she loves numbres!) Orly answers her, but he lies again.

Katie asks, "Is your number a perfect square?" Intrigued, Orly answers
truthfully.

Now, Katie responds, "Does your number start with the number 3?" Orly
answers (is it a lie or the truth, I'm nit sure anymore).

What is Orly's house number? Justify your answer.
