i need a size of the triangle. there a rectagle with a triangle attached to its left side. the size of the rectangle is -lenght 4KM-height 6KM-and the line which attaches the triangle & rectangle is 13KM. what is the size of the triangle. I know Area is Lenght x Height so 4 x 6=24 I need Base x height / 2 of the triangle.

Here is the solutions to your problems
The line which joins the rectangle and triangle is 13 so the height of triangle is 13
If The triangle is on the side of rectangle which is of 6 km
so the base of triangle is also of 6
Area of trigngle =1/2 *6*13 =39
If The triangle is on the side of rectangle which is of 4 km
so the base of triangle is also of 4
Area of trigngle =1/2 *4*13 =26
